Wuhan, a big by any standard city. I think one of the big three population wise in China.
Some pictures of the crowded foot traffic only shoping streets. There are many of these streets in Wuhan, all over the place as Wuhan is huge. This is just an average night.
There's the glits of the cities in the main district streets but just one street or block away are the seens below which are typical of any Chinese city of any size or for that matter village no matter how small.

Beggers know a good spot. This was Sunday outside a christian church. I offered the beggers a free meal down the street but they would not budge. The lady below handed they guy some coins. To my surprise he shared them with the others there. He even tossed on into the crapped out guys cup. I left the place and returned to my hotel which was just down the street. I thought about the one guy tossing a coin in to the the other guys cup which was pretty good so I went back and gave the crew a hefty donation.
