Ke Dawei's Daily Life in China

Liang He:

Some workers taking a break during a heavy rain.  The picture show almost the whole building.  It's in the hills just outside of Liang He and houses road crews.  There are about 10 workers living here with one woman cooking.  The building is someone's home converted to an inn for the workers while they build a road close by.  Inside are beds, a few chairs, a cooking area and a small table.

My bed at the hotel.  The hotel owner and his son put the two chairs at the end for my feet.  I was the tallest person in the village.

The center if Liang He where everyone meets and the bus depot.  There a streetlight on the pole to the left.

The hotel cost 5 Yuan a night and was a great clean place with a hot shower and very clean WC.  Most of view pictures are taken from the kitchen balcony or the hotel from the hotel roof.  The series is a left to right 180 degree view from the hotel.
