View from opposite hill:

    This view is from a hill across the river where there are a cluster of nice houses.  There were about 20-30 houses in the cluster, gated and guarded.   The photographer was tossed from the compound before he could get pictures of the housing so the cluster is not in the view but in back of where the pictures were taken from.  The houses are duplexes and all have an attached garage for one car.  No back or side lawns but the area in front of each house has a small area for shrubs and flowers.   This is probably the housing for a number of party officials or other principles in the city.
