Yerts: The first person I met out on the grasslands was pretty friendly. He was bringing his cows back to the yert where there was a well for watering the cattle. It was lunch time but I refesed his nice offer of lunch and kept riding as I was going 60 kilometers to the north. Late in the afternoon I was returning by a another route and saw a rancher with some cattle so stopped to take a picture. The guy walked over toward me a so I went over to him. It was the same guy I met earlier. He has walked his cattle over to another valley for grazing and quite a coincidence to run into him. Basic yert stove. It seemed hand formed of mud but I don't see how that could withstand the heat. ?? Two burners wood and dung fired. The larger one hold a wok (guo). In the background is a wood platform for the bed. Not much for furnature, a low cupboard and bureau. กก |
