Tongliao Mogolia shopping mall:

You see Mongolia pictures on TV and think of grasslands, small horses and yerts.  This is a different side side of Mongolia. Huge streets, big modern shopping mall filled with everything you could ask for.  ??  The bottom picture shows an 8 lane main street with double wide bicycle lanes on each side.  Tongliao is a very nice city.  Most of the older housing has been removed so unlike much of the southern cities has most of the old scrub housing removed.
